Modhi Alshammari

I am Modhi Alshammari, a Ph. D. student in Environmental Health Sciences, College of Public Health, University of Arizona (U of A). I came from Saudi Arabia to proceed my education at the UofA. One of my passions, is working with communities. After graduation, I am planning to return to Saudi Arabia and become a researcher and a professor. My involvement in this project has been a life-changing experience. Leaving the comforts of the school environment , I encountered an entirely new experience and was affected both personally and professionally. Through this experience, I became more resilient and increased my communication skills with people of different background.
